Nice fit and good balance
Customer service number on website is disconnected. 2 pairs received, both too small to wear after I ordered both a full size larger than needed, using the sizing chart. I asked to return (website states 100% return if dissatisfied). I was told to keep them but they would give me 50% off a new order. WHY WOULD I BUY ANOTHER PAIR WHEN THE ONES I ORDERED WERE SIZED WRONG??

Six weeks ago, I had bypass surgery done on my leg, and the surgeon had advised me that my leg and foot would be swollen for up to three months! He was not exaggerating, and it was incredibly hard to find anything to wear on my feet when I had to go out for doctors appointments or follow-up c-rays! These shoes were the closest to tolerable I found! They were great for the first hour and gradually became way too tight by 2 1/2 hours! The problem is definitely not with the shoes because they have a good wide toebox and that gave me more relief than most other shoes! 🤗 The real trouble is that my swollen feet are easily subjected to burning and tingling and pins and needles sensations when touched, and there's no way the top of any shoe doesn't touch this right foot that is just over-inflated with some fluid or drainage or whatever is going on in there! I'm due to have the second leg done in January and I will definitely be using these shoes when I need to go out! But my REAL hope is that they serve me well by, say, May, when all the swelling from both legs has disappeared and I am as close to 'normal' as I'm going to get! I am one cranky old "Elephant Lady!" right now!

Took a while for them to arrive. Only been a week but comfortable, light weight and easy to clean.
I have been very pleasantly surprised with these shoes. I was very hesitant to buy them. I have worn them every day since I got them and really like them. Today I went hiking with them for the first time and they are the first shoes I have had in a long time that werent screaming to be taken off. I have bad neuropathy in my feet so this is a serious and unusual plus!! The wide toe box is great and I got the really bright multi colored ones and they rock! I will be ordering another pair.
They We’re comfortable right out of the box. I love the Wide toe, it gives me room to where I can walk without feeling cramped. Great design!
It took about 2-3 for them to arrive. The quality appears to be extremely good. The shoe is mainly a nylon and rubber. It was pretty true to size. My only issue is the shoe strings are way to long. I normally double knot them but these have to be triple knotted or more. I have very bad neuropathy in my left foot and mild in my right. The wide toe box takes a while to get used to visually but the feel is great. I had to wear them a full day to get used to them but the second day it was like a bedroom shoe. I cant say the pain is gone but its a lot better and the numbness nearly disappeared because I think my toes aren't being squeezed. I definitely would buy another pair. I just wish they came in solid black or gray so I could wear them with casual clothing when I go out at night.

Hiked over 24 miles in new mexico in a brand new pair. My feet felt great with awesome traction. I feel they run a tad small so suggest going 1/2 size bigger
Received my ortho balance shoes last week and i am very happy with this shoe. look at the toe box its a real wide toe box and finally i can replace my hokas which is very narrow and painfull for those. I wear a 4E 8.5 and the sizing is perfect. They run true to size and very comfortable. My neuropathy pain is finally relieved. I can walk for hours without that pain in my feet. I am literally obsessed with this shoe. After years i found a shoe that is comfortable , roomy , and not expensive. They need to price this shoe very high. The quality and value is insane!
